The spirit of Asakura Hana is temporarily used as Alumi Numbirch's Guardian Ghost.[1]
About[]
Hana Spirit Ball Mode
After Hana dies from overusing the Daidarabotchi in his fight with Tao Men,[2] Shaman King Hao sends Hana's spirit to Hell for training.[3] By the time he returns to the physical world, his spirit has grown dramatically in strength. He is able to stop an attack from Oume Kaizou's Yamato Over Soul, and his spiritual body can immediately recover from any injuries or damage. Alumi Numbirch uses Soul Integration with Hana to bring her fight with Kaizou to an end.[4] Later that night, Sati Saigan revives Hana, reuniting his spirit with his physical body.[5]
After learning about New Trance from Alumi, Hana tests out the ability by fusing with his own spirit.[6]
Soul Integration[]
While integrated with Alumi, Hana lends his years of experience as Amidamaru's shaman to her in order to recreate Amidamaru's sword technique.[1]
- Amida-Ryū: Shinkū Budda Giri (阿弥陀流 真空
仏陀 切り , literally meaning "Amida-Style: Vacuum Buddha Slash"): While integrated with Hana, Alumi swings her sword, sending a powerful slash-like shockwave at her opponent. It is strong enough to break Kaizou's Over Soul.[1]
New Trances and Attacks[]
- New Trance "Fire Self" (ファイヤーセルフ Faiyā Serufu)[7]
- Hana keeps his normal appearance due to fusing with his higher self.[6]
