Asakura Yohkyo (麻倉葉虚 Asakura Yōkyo) is a fictional character in the Shaman King Flowers manga and anime series. He is the head of the Asakura Family's branch family.[2]
Appearance[]
Yohkyo's physical appearance bears resemblance to Onmyōji Asakura Hao, wearing traditional clothing similar to Hao. He is almost always seen with his mouth covered, either with his left hand or by a mask.
Personality[]
Yohkyo believes himself to be a yorishiro, a vessel capable of containing a god. He is also very arrogant and wants to bring back the glory of the Asakura Family in honor of the Shaman King, Asakura Hao.[3]
Yohkyo is also an otaku, whose hobby is collecting and building plastic models,[4] and in his former home in Kyoto, he had an entire room filled with figures.[5]
