The "Hana-Gumi Waitresses" (花組仲居) are three girls working at the Funbari Onsen under Tamamura Tamao. They were formerly one of Asakura Hao's teams under the name Team "Hana-Gumi" (花組, Flower Team). Its members are Kanna Bismarch, Matilda Matisse, and Marion Phauna.

History

Past

After Hao gathered up all three of the girls, Kanna took it upon herself to take care of Marion and Matilda as they where orphaned children. When Bill Burton arrived at their camp, Kanna threatened to kill him, should he ever mess with any of them, though she also acknowledged that Marion and Matilda could properly kill him on their own.[1]

Shaman Fights

The three girl shamans in this team passed the first rounds and went with Hao to the Patch plane. They met Yoh and taunted him when they were falling out of the plane.

Team "Hana-Gumi"

The Hana-Gumi advanced through the tournament after beating Team "T-Production" and the Magical Princesses. As Hao's followers, they also attempted to kill Redseb and Seyram Munzer, who were members of Team "Kabbalahers", to remove them from the tournament. They were forced to fight against Tamamura Tamao and Tao Jun and nearly defeated them until Asakura Mikihisa arrived and stopped them.

While the Five Elemental Warriors where training in hell, Team "Hana-Gumi" was tasked by Hao to destroy the dead bodies of Team "The Ren" to prevent them from being revived but was too late.

After they were betrayed by Peyote Diaz, all of Hao's followers were killed including Kanna, Matilda, and Marion who were crushed by Peyote's O.S. "Grande Phantasma". When their souls went to Hao for help, he instead considered having the Spirit of Fire eat them to gain strength but was stopped when Asakura Yoh showed up.

Invading the Plants

After being killed their spirits were seen sitting in a corner at the house of Team "Funbari Onsen" lamenting their decisions in life and Hao's betrayal. They later appeared on board the Soul Train offering to stay within the Great Spirit if that was what Hao wanted.[2]

Flowers

Sometime after the tournament, the three were revived and attended high school. The three were eventually hired by their classmate Tamamura Tamao to work as waitresses at the Funbari Onsen. Tamao would constantly scold them for various things, such as Kana smoking inside, Matilda's creepy hairstyle and Marion for being too gloomy and needing to be more friendly. According to Tamao, they often skip work and she usually resorts to threatening them with the use of Dai Tengu.[3]
