He is a fierce follower of Lady Sati and will do anything to protect her ideals, even attacking and throwing his own teammate out of the ring for losing his cool. He seems to be quick to anger.
Abilities and Powers
Like most of the Gandhara, Jackson has the ability to nullify Furyoku.[1]
Spirit
- See More: Fudo Myooh
Jackson's guardian ghost, Fudo Myooh (不動明王, Fudō Myōō), is a large Buddhistic spirit who utilizes a sword as a medium for its oversoul. According to Pascal Avaf it rules over the 3 Passions of Buddhism: Wrath, Greed, and Laziness. It has a personal weapon that according to Jackson, will, when cutting someone, put them in a deep sleep that is not so easy to awaken. from[2] However it would seem that it will stop working once Jackson runs out of Furyoku.
History
Shaman Fights Second Round
He made his first official appearance in the second round, when Team "Myooh" were to fight Team "The Ren". When Yainage lost his cool in his fight against Tao Ren, Jackson stepped in. He kicked Yainage out of the ring for losing his cool and easily put Ren to sleep with the special abilities of his oversoul. He later used the special spirit hunting abilities of his oversoul to overcome Chocolove McDonell's incredible speed and defeat him as well. It was first when Usui Horokeu regained his cool and began using his new Amour Oversoul, that Jackson and Cado would eventually run out of Furyoku and therefor officially lost.
When Sati wanted to have the Five Elemental Warriors to train in hell, it was Jackson's and Team "Myooh"'s responsibility to send Team "The Ren" to hell and watch over their corpses, so that they would surely be able to revived.
Invading the Plants
While Asakura Yoh and his friends invaded the Plants, Jackson, alongside the rest of Team "Myooh" and Lady Sati, traveled to hell in order to obtain the remaining four of the Five Grand Elemental Spirits. There Jackson fought with and defeated Izanami, one of the four Kings of Hell, and obtained the Spirit of Thunder.[3]
Anime/Manga Difference
Like many of the Gandhara members, Jackson does not seem to appear in the anime.
