Oume Kaizou (青梅 戒造) is a fictional character in the manga series of Shaman King. He is an antagonist in the Shaman King The Super Star mini series.

Kaizou is a tall wide build man. He is balding with only a small patch of hair on top of his head and he has a scraggly mustache growing all the way to his ears. In his youth, he had a full set of hair and was clean-shaven.
He is commonly seen wearing a white smoking jacket with a white shirt and a black bow-tie.

According to Alumi Niumbirch Kaizou appears well adjusted to fighting and during their fight, he showed a complex planned offense and defense, using military strategies.

History
Past
During World War 2, Kaizou was a ship mechanic for the Japanese Imperial Navy.[2] After the war, he hired a lot of soldiers who worked maintenance during the war and quickly opened up a factory. Because of his luck and his success during post-war reforms in Japan, Morimura Banji suspects that Kaizo somehow intimidated the political and financial sector of Japan into giving him something big.[1]
