Ponchi(ポンチ, Ponchi) and Conchi(コンチ,Konchi) are the guardian ghost's of Tamamura Tamao. They are voiced by Kenyu Horiuchi and Tsutomu Kashiwakura in the Japanese anime
About
A tanuki with large testicles and a kitsune who are the familiars of Tamao Tamamura. They are four hundred year old spirits who are unable to evolve into Seirei Class spirits because of their large ego. Until they met with Matamune the cat spirit, they didn't wear anything to cover up their oversized testicles, however after getting beat up they both started wearing mawashis. Both of them act like crappy old geezers that constantly forget their place as house spirits.
Even if they are a nuisance to everyone they haven't been sealed yet because they can be pretty useful too. Spying is their speciality and they are also used for reconnaissance. They are able to preform simple (and not very reliable) divinations, cast easy curses and harass the enemy as well.
Both of them are very perverted threatening to strip in front of others or urinate on an opponent while holding them with Ponchi's oversized testicles. They appear to be constantly solid and can conceal themselves as statues.
Funbari no Uta

These two have finally lost most of their ego and now actually are like normal ghosts though they retain only some of their ego but not as much as before. They have evolved somewhat and now wear traditional Japanese kimonos. Conchi has grown long black hair and Ponchi now smokes a pipe.[1]

Description: Cupid is named of Tamao's Over Soul, which integrates Conchi, her fox spirit, with her planchette. Once integrated, Conchi transforms the heart-shaped planchette into a bow and arrow, with the ability to guide the Conchi arrow wherever the shaman's heart desires.

- Love Strike: When Tamao uses "Love Strike", an arrow appears and attacks her enemy.

Description: O.S. Angel is Tamao's second Over Soul that is created by shifting the spirit of Conchi with the Spirit of Ponchi in her Planchette Medium. By holding the back of the planchette medium she creates a large heart shaped shield sprouding the legs of Ponchi at the top of the the heart.
Attacks
- The Thousands Tatami Mats Of The Hostile Racoon (TanTanTanuki No Senjyoujiki Jyaaa): This is a a defensive attack with offensive capabilities. By expanding the heart into a large pair of testicles, the oversoul envelopes and wraps around an opponent giving them no means of escaping. The oversized testicles can also be used to protect Tamao from a huge drop.
Anime/Manga Difference
In the anime they sometimes act like children when hurt, running to Tamao for a mother's comfort. Also in the english anime is Ponchi's large testicles instead refered to as a large stomach.
