Really Naive (メラ純情 Mera Junjō) is the 47th episode of the 2001 Shaman King anime series.

Summary[]

As everyone is looking for something for lunch, Anna decides that it might be good to do some training because no one of them has a match today. As Ren, Horohoro and Chocolove are fighting over dinner, Ryu and Manta decide to go for a walk and find some information about other Shamans. As they are resting at a lake, they bump into with Anise, a member of Team "Arabian". As Ryu starts hitting on Anise, Haloune shows up and hits Ryu while stating that he should not hit on his fiancée. As Haloune slaps Anise, this gets Ryu angry at Haloune for dominating the girls he is supposed to love. Haloune and Anise then just leave the scene.

Meanwhile, as everyone else is eating, Ryu is sitting in his room being worried about Anise. Then, Team "Funbari Onsen"'s next match is decided: Team "Parthia". The next day as Team "Parthia" has arrived and the match has started, Ryu asks Yoh if he could let him handle Haloune. As Ryu tries to attack, he gets trapped in a strong sandstorm created by Team "Parthia"s third team member. As Yoh and Faust VIII can't find Ryu anymore, they are attacked, but Faust VIII is able to dodge the attack with his big Over Soul. As Chocolove then makes a bad joke about wife's but as he does so, Anna summons Zenki and Goki to punish him before Ren and Horohoro could hit him. Meanwhile in the sandstorm. Haloune uses his spirit to attack Ryu multiple times and after dodging some hits, Ryu takes a serious one. As Haloune angers Ryu, Ryu strikes back by angering Haloune and creating his big Oversoul. As Haloune and Ryu clash, Ryu states that Haloune should not use his social status to imprison his fiancée. As Ryu crushes Haloune's Oversoul, Silva declares that Team "Funbari Onsen" is the winner of the match.

As Haloune can't believe that he lost, Ryu sympathizes with him. Haloune then tells Anise that he would've chosen her as his wife even if it wasn't decided by his parents. As Team "Parthia" leaves the scene, Anise thanks Ryu for helping them out. As Kiane takes off her cloak, revealing an attractive woman, Ryu is left shocked.
