Short Summary

Asakura Hana is shocked with how wholeheartedly Sakurai Sakutaro and his squadron will sacrifice their lives for war, even if it means killing their own allies, as they are attacked by the American forces. Because of Sakutaro's reputation of the "Death Zero," he quickly becomes the most targeted fighter, and Hana finds himself unable to concentrate long enough to form an Over Soul to fight off their enemies. Meanwhile, on board the American battleship, Kamogawa Yohsuke contemplates why Asakura Hao wants Sakutaro to become Hana's new Guardian Ghost as he excitedly anticipates Death Zero's attack.
