Reincarnation 3: Chance Encounter (邂逅 Kaigō) is the 3rd chapter of the Shaman King Marcos manga series.
Short Summary[]
Santa Muerte attacks Hans Reiheit and he protects himself with an armor-type Over Soul. Peyote Diaz explains that she has been possessing his body and forcefully creates an Over Soul whenever someone injures him. She stops when Peyote asks for her to kill him and since Hans has no desire to hurt Peyote. Larch Dirac returns and they plan to move Peyote before the DEA agents return. Peyote recalls that after his resurrection following the Shaman Fight, he tried to commit suicide so he could return to the Great Spirit but Santa Muerte stopped him. Hans offers to kill Peyote in exchange for bringing them to Luchist Lasso.
They hide out in a motel to wait for Luchist to find Peyote. However, they are attacked by the cartel. Hans has to fight Santa Muerte to keep her from killing the children sent by the cartel. Luchist then arrives at the motel.
