Tobinai Tatsushi (飛内 達史 Tobinai Tatsushi) is a fictional character from the Shaman King manga series. He is a former student of the late boxing legend Gussy Kenji.[1]

Tatsushi was a bully until the famous boxer Gussy Kenji beat him up and decided to train him. However, when Gussy died and his gym closed, Tatsushi returned to being a bully.[1]
Coming to Tokyo[]
Tatsushi beat up Ryu and his gang after they tried to take over the closed gym as their new hideout. Later that night, Asakura Yoh challenged Tatsushi to a boxing match. With the help of Gussy's ghost, Yoh knocked out Tatsushi, and as he lost consciousness, Tatsushi saw Gussy's ghost standing next Yoh and decided to take up boxing again.[1]
Anime/Manga Difference[]
Tatsushi is a manga only character and does not appear in both the 2001 and 2021 anime series adaptations.
