Yainage (ヤイナゲ, Yainage) is a fictional character in the manga series of Shaman King. He is a member of Gandhara and part of Team "Myooh".
Appearance
A dark skinned man with an large bald head with oversized ears with three orange stripes on the top and marking on his arms. He wears black shorts, a golden ornate necklace and orange shoes.
Personality
He is a follower of Saigan Sati's ideals and remains constantly calm and peaceful. However Yainage is also a bit too overconfident in his own skills, and has been seen losing his calm when Tao Ren overpowered him. His favorite pass-time is bird watching.
Abilities and Powers
Like most of the Gandhara, Yainage has the ability to nullify Furyoku.[1]

Yainage's guardian ghost, Gundari Myooh (軍荼利明王) is a Buddhistic God that has the Palm of the Hand of Salvation, that will nullify any Furyoku based attack and defense.
History
Shaman Fights Second Round
When Sati wanted to have the Five Elemental Warriors to train in hell, it was Yainage and Team "Myooh"'s responsibility to send Team "The Ren" to hell and watch over their corpses, so that they would surely be able to revived.
Invading the Plants
While Asakura Yoh and his friends invaded the Plants, Yainage, alongside the rest of Team "Myooh" and Lady Sati, traveled to hell in order to obtain the remaining four of the Five Grand Elemental Spirits. There Yainage fought with and defeated Anubis, one of the Kings of Hell, and obtained the Spirit of Rain.[2]
Anime/Manga Difference
Like many of the Gandhara members, Yainage does not appear in the anime.
